Eligibility

To qualify for this contest you must fulfill the following:

  • Must be a faithful member of the Catholic Church from any part of the world
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Younger people will require permission from their parents
  • Can participate as individual or as a team.

Design Requirements

  • Include the name of the Apostolate: The Apostolate of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
  • Draw inspiration from the Apostolate's official logo and reflect the Christian identity of the event.'
  • Incorporate a Rosa Mystica element to highlight the importance of the Virgin Mary in the devotion.
  • Feature the Agonizing Crucifix as a central symbol of Christian faith and devotion.

Design Requirements

  • Reflect the international nature of the event, showcasing elements that represent its gloabl scope, while also including references to Nigeria as the host country (colors, fauna, flora, or national symbols).
  • Present a design adaptable to multiple formats (handmade, digital and print, etc.).
  • Be visually appealing in full color (red, white and black) and functional in black and white background.

Evaluation Criteria

Designs will be evaluated by a panel from the Apostolate of the Most Precious Blood, which may include experts in theology, graphic design, and Christian culture. The evaluation will focus on:

  • Originality
  • Thematic relevance
  • Adaptability and technical quality

Prizes

The winner will receive official recognition from the Apostolate and their design will be widely featured across all event platforms.

Submission

  • Submit the design in digital format (handmade, JPEG or PDF) via email to: agonisingconsoler@gmail.com.
  • Mail Subject: Logo Proposal - 30th Anniversary of the Devotion to the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
  • Attach a brief description of the design in a document (maximum of one page)
  • Provide the author's details: Full Name, Address, Email and Phone Number.

Copyright

The winning participant will transfer all rights of the Logo to the Apostolate, while retaining moral and public recognition as the author, provided he/she agrees to it..
